Quality, Safety, and Environment Manager at Frutta Foods and Services Nigeria Limited

The Quality, Safety, and Environment Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems within the production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with government regulations, manages daily production scheduling, supervises team activities, and ensures optimal utilization of raw and packing materials. 

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality, health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., NAFDAC, SON, CPC). 
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain safety and quality standards. 
• Manage daily production shift schedules and supervise the production team to ensure high performance and timely execution of operations.
• Facilitate staff training on quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Oversee production execution, report activities, and monitor metrics to improve efficiency.
• Ensure optimal raw and packing material utilization to minimize waste and maximize yield.
• Supervise water treatment and syrup mixing operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. 
• Job Requirement
•  Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in quality, safety, and environmental management within a production environment, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
