Job Description:

• Identify and develop opportunities for revenue growth
• Market expansion
• Sales presentations
• Sales prospecting and leads conversion
• Closing sales and making cold calls
• Give feedback to improve product and marketing campaigns
• Generate leads using different means
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience sales, or digital marketing in the real estate, Insurance or banking
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and meeting targets
• Strong network of contacts in the real estate and finance sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
