    Recruitment Consultant (Tech recruitment)

    Who we’re looking for: 

    We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Tech Recruiter to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in connecting top tech talent with exciting opportunities!

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with the sales team to manage existing client accounts, identify new job opportunities, and build strong, long-term relationships.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding both candidates and clients through the intricacies of the recruitment process.
    • Develop a deep understanding of client companies, their industries, cultures, and specific hiring needs.
    • Craft compelling job advertisements and utilize various media platforms (websites, social media, job boards) to attract qualified candidates.
    • Leverage social media for effective job promotion, candidate sourcing, and relationship building.
    • Proactively identify and approach high-potential tech talent, including those currently employed.
    • Utilize our candidate database to match the best-fit individuals with relevant job openings.
    • Manage the application process, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and skills assessments, and shortlisting qualified candidates for client consideration.
    • Conduct thorough reference checks to verify candidate suitability for specific roles.
    • Provide comprehensive information to candidates about job responsibilities, compensation packages, and benefits.
    • Negotiate salary and compensation packages to ensure mutually beneficial agreements between clients and candidates.
    • Stay current on market trends and provide valuable insights on the tech talent landscape to support the sales team's efforts.

    Requirement

    • 2-3 years of experience in tech recruitment or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in building strong client relationships and exceeding placement goals.
    • In-depth understanding of the tech industry and the various tech specializations relevant to  your company's focus.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Adept at using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms for recruiting purposes.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • Passion for connecting talented individuals with their dream jobs.
