Responsibilities

• As a Regional Bank Head, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• You will be expected to meet or exceed performance targets, complete and evaluate credit and loan documentation, and liaise effectively with risk management and securities teams.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a strategic business leadership role.
• A BSc / B.A / HND in a relevant field is required.
• Candidates with an existing loan portfolio will be at an advantage.
