Regional Hub Executives at Friska Farms Limited

Locations needed: Abuja Karu, Benin, Calabar, Kogi, Uyo.

Role Overview

The Regional Hub Executive (RHE) serves as Friska Farms Limited's official representative within the assigned region or state. The role is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment, managing local inventory, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. As the face of the Friska brand in the region, the RHE will work closely with customers, logistics partners, and the central operations team to ensure efficient service delivery, accurate reporting, and the highest standards of professionalism.

Compensation

• 20,000 naira BasePay
• 10,000 naira data/airtime allowance
• 750-1000 naira commission per successful delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Your responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders within the assigned region in accordance with company standards.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring adequate stock availability at all times.
• Coordinate deliveries and work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory movements, deliveries, returns, and payments.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the Operations team.
• Safeguard company inventory and ensure proper accountability for all products under your care.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while representing the Friska brand professionally.
• Escalate operational challenges, inventory shortages, customer complaints, or delivery issues promptly to management.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of these locations: Benin, Uyo, Kogi, Abuja KARU, Calabar.
• Must be willing to prioritize delivering our products and remitting payments on the sameday
• Must be willing to work and listen to supervisory authorities.
