    Relationship Manager

    Responsibilities
    Deposit Growth:

    • Develop and execute strategies to increase deposit levels through new customer acquisition and retention of existing depositors.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering loyalty to the organization

    Market Research:

    • Conduct market analysis to identify potential depositors and understand competitor strategies, providing insights for strategic planning.

    Sales and Marketing:

    • Promote and market our deposit products and services, conducting sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.

    Customer Service:

    • Provide high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Product Development, to create and implement deposit products.

    Reporting:

    • Prepare and submit regular reports on deposit mobilization activities, including achievements and challenges, to the team lead.

    Compliance:

    • Ensure all deposit mobilization activities comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

    Training and Development:

    • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience ,with a focus on deposit mobilization, sales, or relationship management.

    Skills:

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Strong analytical and market research skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
