Job Summary

• As a Relationship Manager you will be charged with the responsibility of developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, both within a company as well as with outside clients

Responsibilities

• Managing customer relationships.
• Identifying and communicating the needs of customers.
• Ensure client satisfaction.
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns.
• Creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase the number of customers.

Requirements

• Minimum B.Sc / HND
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Must have prior experience in a financial institution
• Excellent communication skills
