Requirements

• Proven experience at least 2-3 years as a Relationship Officer, Sales Representative, or similar role in the microfinance banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of microfinance products, credit assessment, and risk management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and banking software.
