    Restaurant Consultant (Fine Dining)

    Responsibilities:

    The selected consultant will be responsible for:

    • Collaborating with stakeholders to refine the restaurant's concept, theme, and brand identity.
    • Designing a unique and upscale dining experience that aligns with the envisioned brand.
    • Assisting with the selection of a prime location for the restaurant.
    • Guiding the interior design and layout to create an elegant and inviting ambiance.
    • Working with top chefs to curate an exquisite fine dining menu, including wine and beverage pairing.
    • Ensuring high-quality, seasonal ingredients and innovative culinary presentations.
    • Identifying and recruiting skilled chefs, sommeliers, and front-of-house staff.
    • Providing comprehensive training on fine dining service standards and hospitality.
    • Advising on kitchen setup, equipment procurement, and vendor relationships.
    • Developing efficient operational procedures for smooth day-to-day management.
    • Assisting with obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
    • Crafting and executing a marketing and branding strategy tailored to the fine dining market.
    • Overseeing promotional activities and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
    • Developing a detailed financial plan, including budgeting, cost control measures, and revenue projections.
    • Providing guidance on pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
    • Offering ongoing support post-launch, including management assistance, training updates, and troubleshooting.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in fine dining restaurant consulting or management.
    • Track Record: Proven success in launching and managing fine dining establishments.
    • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of fine dining trends, menu development, luxury service standards, and high-end restaurant operations.
    • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to client needs.
    • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the local market and target audience preferences is highly desirable.
    • Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness of cultural nuances in fine dining and ability to incorporate them into the restaurant's offerings.

    Compensation:
    Would be based offa consultancy fee agreed upon by both parties.
