Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently locate and pack orders received through our website, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
• Maintain organized stock and storage areas to facilitate quick and accurate order fulfillment.
• Regularly update our WhatsApp channel with new items, promotions, and other relevant information to keep our customers informed and engaged.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing and dispatching.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or order fulfillment is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, particularly for updating WhatsApp and coordinating with team members.
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices for managing orders and updating product information.
