• This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist at Micro Leasing Limited located in Lagos.
• The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing excellent customer service, utilizing product knowledge to assist customers, and effectively communicating with customers to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Experienced in sale of salary loan
• Must have worked in a Consumer Lending Company for at least three years
• Strong product knowledge and retail sales skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability in sales
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
