    Sales and Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Specialty Coffee, a high-end restaurant.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.
    • Your employment duties consist of duties listed in the Job Responsibilities; however, this list is not to be taken as fixed or exhaustive and you will be expected to perform any reasonable employment task given to you by Management.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinates the activities of the customer service sales team to align with company objective
    • Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer/client to recommend appropriate goods and services according to Mai Shayi Coffee Roasters Limited offerings
    • Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
    • Maintain and inculcate in team members a neat and clean appearance to always represent a positive image of the company and its brand.
    • Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use
    • Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team
    • Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers
    • Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form
    • Communicate with clients in other local languages or refer them to a capable member of the team
    • Business development in line with the company objective.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree (B.Sc / HND) in a relevant field
    • Experience: 1 - 3 years of post NYSC relevant experience

    Skills Required:

    • Exceptional organization and planning skills with the ability to effectively manage and follow work plans
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Demonstrates professionalism, honesty, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
    • Good time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Word
    • Ability to multitask effectively.
