    Sales and Marketing Executive

    Our client is a conglomerate company in Nigeria and other parts of Africa, established over 40 years ago with ties in Asia and the Middle East. They are into FMCG products which includes; Tyres, Food and Beverages, plastic and Paper. They are in need of a SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE for their plastic manufacturing arm.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identify and assess potential business opportunities and market trends through on-the-ground observations.
    • Develop and maintain strong networks with industry contacts, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
    • Gather and analyze market data, including competitor activity, industry trends, and customer preferences, to inform strategic decisions.
    • Prepare detailed reports on market conditions, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to support business planning.
    • Use market intelligence to recommend adjustments to sales and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with market dynamics.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Implement customer relationship management (CRM) practices to track interactions, manage accounts, and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualification of potential clients.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and expand the company’s client base.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs and drive business growth.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communication.
    • 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales field.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
