Job Description

• As a Sales Assistant , you will be the first face our customers see and the go-to person for all store related inquiries.
• You will work closely with the CEO and the operations team with deliveries, inventory management and orders.

What you'll be doing;

• Engage our customers and promote the store’s products or services through excellent customer service.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment in our store and make the entire shopping experience a joy to our customers.
• Curate specific product collections for each customer you meet and be intuitive to know when to provide useful information regarding new products and promotions available.
• Maintain a clean environment and make health and safety a top priority for customers.
• Hold self accountable and take accountability to respond to customer feedback in a respectful manner.
• Provide continuous feedback to the operations team.
• Share ideas with the operations team on how to improve customer experience.
• Provide general administrative support.

What you should have;

• Must have a secondary school certificate (SSCE or WAEC). ND, HND or higher a strong asset.
• Adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things.
• Experience in retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional customer experience or, willing to learn.
• Ability to move or lift small, medium to large items.
• Availability to work early mornings, weekdays and weekends .
• Bilingualism (English/ Yoruba) or other Nigerian languages an asset.
