Job Description

Duties and responsibilities associated with the job role:  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Understand clients' needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate fashion products to meet their requirements.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the features and benefits of the fashion products being sold.
• Present products in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting their unique selling points.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolution of any issues.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding product performance, customer preferences, and market demand.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a sales representative.
• 1 year work experience.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Bachelor's Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND), or equivalent qualification.

Remuneration

• N70,000 monthly
