Job Description

• They are looking to hire a Sales Officer to drive revenue growth and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed target. Focus on B2B sales and enterprise sales skills.

 Responsibilities

• Assist in generating leads and qualifying prospects.
• Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential clients.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to customers.
• Support the sales team in executing sales strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and preparing sales reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the media sector. 
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot and ZohoCRM) and lead generation tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of leading a team.
• Sales Skills Required: Research, Prospecting, Lead Generation, Appointment Booking, Pitching, cold calling.
