    Sales Business Development Officer

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Officer at Bevelog Nigeria Limited in Port Harcourt.
    • The role involves engaging in new business development activities, analyzing market trends, prospecting, managing finances, communicating effectively with clients, and providing excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business leads, including research, outreach, and follow-up.
    • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
    • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to secure new business.
    • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
    • Account Management: Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
    • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product, and customer success.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Experience: 2+ years in sales, business development, or a related field.
    • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry, market trends, and competitors.
