    Sales / Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    • Receive and manage incoming calls from clients, respond promptly to client inquiries and provide introductory information to new clients (both over the phone and for walk in clients)
    • Interact with clients and prospective clients via various channels, including phone, email, live chat, social media, or in-person, (depending on the company's communication channels) respond promptly, courteously, and professionally to client inquiries, complaints, and requests
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliverables. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
    • Process client orders accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete
    • Accurately and thoroughly document client interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, maintain client records and update information as necessary
    • Knowing our product inside and out so that you can answer questions of clients and provide relevant feedback when required
    • Produce high-quality and engaging content in various formats, such as articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, podcasts, infographics, and more. Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and style across all content pieces
    • Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that captures the attention of the target audience. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and style consistency
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools. Identify key metrics and track content engagement, reach, conversions, and other relevant indicators. Use data insights to optimize future content strategies
    • Create or source relevant images, videos, and other multimedia elements to enhance the impact of the content. Edit and optimize visual content using appropriate tools or software
    • Prepare invoices for clients and distribute through indicated channels (email, WhatsApp) follow up on invoice status, payment collections and outstanding balances in order to update client records

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field
    • 1 - 2 years of experience as customer service officer / customer support or front desk officer
    • Excellent knowledge of social media management is an added advantage.
