    Sales/Customer Service Representative

    Job Brief

    Mobaby Care, an all-natural, health-focused baby/child-specific skin and hair care solutions company is in need of a Sales/Customer Representative. Who will be saddled with the responsibility for calling prospective customers, explaining all company products, and guiding them through their purchase process. 

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage customers' orders on all social media platforms and ensure accurate issuance of invoices.
    • Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
    • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
    • Informing Product developers of possible product improvement and changes to ensure company products meet the current market needs.
    • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
    • Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts.
    • Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
    • Promote specific products as directed by the management.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Minimum of HND degree in Business Administration, Business management, or related field.
    • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent Negotiation and Consultative Sales skills.
    • Proficient in the use of Social media apps
    • Exceptional Customer Service skills
