    Sales Engineer

    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a background in engineering and a proven track record in selling air conditioning equipment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales within the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) sector and a strong desire to transition into engineering sales.

    Responsibilities

    Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the air conditioning equipment market.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including MEP firms, contractors, and consultants.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.

    Client Management:

    • Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support.
    • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.

    Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Prepared and delivered sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and refine sales tactics.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the air conditioning equipment sector.
    • Engineering background, preferably with experience working for MEP firms.
    • Strong understanding of air conditioning systems and their applications.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
