    Sales Executive

    Job Summary:

    • The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
    • This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
    • The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary, commissions based on performance, and the opportunity to significantly impact the company’s growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for bonuses, incentives and commissions.
    • Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
    • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations.
    • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals and product offerings.
    • Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development and customer service teams to help refine products and services.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a sales role.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience.

    Skills:

    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Compensation:

    • Base Salary: Attractive Monthly Salary
    • Commission: Competitive commission structure based on sales performance and revenue generation.
