The Company
Our client is a digital education platform that provides academics and educators throughout the world with competitive and transparently priced, high-quality content. They are a customer-centric organisation focused on providing advanced user-friendly technologies and services to satisfy its customers’ broad publishing needs.
We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive who will generate leads, make sales calls and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
Build and maintain a database of existing and prospective customers.
Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email and in person.
Handle customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
Research prospects and generate leads.
Prepare and send quotes and proposals.
Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Attend and participate in sales meetings.
Location- Lagos, Nigeria
Compensation- Base pay plus commission
Requirements
A degree or HND in any field.
A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar sales role.
Good written and spoken communication skills.
Strong selling and negotiation skills with ability to influence customers choices.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales software.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and networking skills.
