    Sales Executive (Realtors)

    Job Summary

    • As a Sales Executive at Banksome Global Realtors, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of real estate agents, and driving revenue growth.
    • This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.

    Job Responsibilities
    Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Create and manage sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.

    Team Management:

    • Set performance goals and provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share best practices, and motivate the team.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Facilitate negotiations and close deals with potential buyers and sellers.

    Sales Operations:

    • Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.

    Performance Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

    Training and Development:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in real estate sales.
    • Encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • MBA is an added advantage
    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a Sales Executive in the Realtor sector.
    • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and property sales processes.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Result Oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and strong mindset for continuous.
    • Knowledge of real estate market ad dynamics.
    • Proficiency in MS office and CRM software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrate strong sales and marketing skills.
    • Good leadership and people management skills- Coaching and Mentoring.
    • Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies.
    • Proficiency with good marketing software or its equivalent.
    • Strong customer relationships skills and influencing skills to establish credibility.
    • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work collaboratively and engage the customers and other stakeholders in achieving the company’s agenda.
