    Sales Executives

    Job Summary:

    • As a Sales Executive in the FMCG industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share for the company\'s products.
    • You will manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
    • Your role will involve identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring product availability and visibility in the market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
    • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
    • Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Sales Execution:

    • Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
    • Ensure product availability, proper display, and visibility in retail outlets.
    • Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions with customers.

    Market Analysis and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze competitors\' activities and market trends.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager.
    • Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and market conditions.

    Promotional Activities:

    • Coordinate and implement promotional activities, such as discounts, special offers, and product launches.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and supply chain to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
    • Share best practices and insights with team members to improve overall sales performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the FMCG industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
