    Sales Lead

    Job Brief:

    • Seeking an experienced Lending Sales Lead to penetrate new market/business environments, deepen our presence in existing and expand our share in new and existing markets, attract new clients, win new markets/accounts, and maximize profitability within the company's new and existing sales territories. Candidates will lead new market/business area discoveries, including developing new leads, educating prospects, and turning prospects into long-term customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Expand the company’s business outreach
    • Discover and build lasting business relationships
    • Close new deals at a high rate
    • Build relationships with existing customers
    • Cultivate new leads within the company’s sales territories
    • Travel throughout the territories and visit customers on a recurring basis
    • Acquire key resources which include but are not limited to people, locations, nano/micro business front offices to help ensure nearness and ready presence in business territories
    • Achieve the company’s weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Lending and Collection’s targets
    • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
    • Represent the company’s brand during all customer and prospect interactions
    • Educate customers and staff on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
    • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, market conditions and changes in economic environment.
    • Gather business and product insight, recommend and develop new market driven products through interactions with customers and markets.

    Qualities that will be required will include but not limited to the following:

    • Results oriented
    • Comfortable on the phone and other communications devices
    • Competitive attitude
    • Conversational/interpersonal skills
    • More on the field and being directly involved
    • Sharp sales chops
    • Able to work independently
    • Ability to use and work effectively with MS Office tools
