    Sales Leader

    Job Description

    • We are looking for aggressive and capable sales leaders to drive our sales vision, ensure the team's sales quotas are met, and support the management.
    • The sales lead will perform sales management, distribution expansion, inventory and profitability management and administrative functions.
    • To be successful as a sales lead, you should have excellent sales and leadership skills, as well as strong customer service skills. You should also have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the company's products and services.

    Responsibilities

    • Sales Planning, Distribution Management, aggressive growth vision
    • Training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team's sales performance.
    • Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions.
    • Writing reports re market status, new product opportunities
    • Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and direction.
    • Maintaining management, including forecasting based on sales and market trends
    • Assist management in realising portfolio expansion goals

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree (Preferable) in Marketing, Sales and related field like Business Administration may be advantageous.
    • Minimum of 5 years work experiences.
    • Experience in sales in high performance FMCG business is a must.
    • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities and organisational skills – problem solver
