    Sales Manager, Advantage Banking

    Job Description

    This is a sales role that supports the Head of Consumer Banking in developing business and creating sales opportunities, optimizing products and delivery channels to effectively grow the Advantage Banking portfolio (value & size) and executing Advantage Banking projects in their Regions and Divisions.

    Responsible for coaching and guiding Advantage Banking Divisional Managers towards their respective sales target achievements, including other supervisory functions assigned by the Head of Consumer Banking.

    Work with BMs and Regional Managers to ensure Advantage Banking RMs are well coached and led to drive and grow Advantage Banking business across the Branches
