    Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to our industry.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
    • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales efforts within the industry.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales team members, focusing on industry-specific knowledge and techniques.

    Qualifications

    • 8 - 10 years of proven experience in sales management within the cement, ceramic or steel industry.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
    • Deep understanding and knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, dynamics, trends, and challenges within the cement, ceramic or steel sectors.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
