    Sales Manager

    Job Overview

    • Sinoma Fabcom Structural Limited, a leading roofing manufacturing company in Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts at our Abuja factory.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to expand our market share, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
    • You will play a key role in building relationships with dealers, contractors, construction companies, and other key stakeholders within the roofing industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
    • Manage and coach the sales team, ensuring consistent performance and achievement of sales goals.
    • Actively chase and engage potential customers to drive the sales of Fabcom product portfolio, including Light Steel Keel, Galvanized Welded Pipe, and all Roofing Products and Materials.
    • Conduct marketing surveys to gather insights into customer preferences, market trends, and competitive positioning.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand Fabcom client base across Nigeria and neighboring countries.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with roofing dealers, contractors, construction companies, and government agencies.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demand.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
    • Represent Fabcom at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our roofing and steel solutions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Knowledge of the Nigerian construction and roofing market is highly desirable.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
