Sales/Marketer at Carrillion Construction

JOB SUMMARY:

• We are seeking a highly motivated individual to promote and convert construction site engineers, builders, developers, and interior designers to use Walplast Screeding Cement within their territory. 
• The ideal candidate will have a strong winning mindset and a flair for construction and building materials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders within his/her territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ppromote Walplast Screeding Cement to construction professionals, highlighting its benefits, features, and cost-effectiveness 
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to showcase the product's advantages.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineers, builders, developers, and interior designers to increase brand loyalty and adoption.
• Provide technical support and address any concerns or questions from potential and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to convert prospects into customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare and submit reports on market feedback, customer needs, and sales performance
• Understand our company's products or services.
• Find out who might want to buy what we offer.
• Think of ways to tell people about our products or services.
• Talk to potential customers and answer their questions.
• Keep track of how many people are buying because of the marketing.
• Stay up-to-date with new ways to market and promote.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design, and product development team members to plan promotional marketing campaigns
• Meeting with clients to discuss brand guidelines, goals, budget, and timelines
• Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
• Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments, or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience in marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of construction or real estate 
• Expertise in market research and statistical analysis.
