    Sales & Marketing Manager

    Job Summary:

    The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company’s goals. This role involves overseeing market research, product development, promotional campaigns, and sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the furniture or related industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet business objectives.
    • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
    • Lead market research efforts to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Negotiate and close agreements with customers
    • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet market demands.
    • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
    • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
    • Prepare Annual Marketing/Sales Budget at the beginning of every year.
    • Ensure that all sales/marketing strategies and tactics are timely, effectively and efficiently implemented.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum of 7 years of sales and marketing experience in the furniture or interior design industry (compulsory).
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights.
