    Sales Officer

    Kylian ERP is a leading provider of integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, supporting businesses in optimising their operations through innovative technology. With a solid reputation for delivering high-quality ERP systems, we are expanding our sales team and seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Officer to contribute to our growing success. 

    Job Overview: 

    As a Sales Officer at Kylian ERP, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and supporting the overall sales process. Your primary goal will be to assist in identifying new business opportunities and providing excellent service to both new and existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented individual looking to develop their sales career in the ERP sector. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach. 
    • Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, offering them tailored ERP solutions. 
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and lead generation initiatives. 
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Assist in negotiating terms and closing sales deals in line with company objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. 

    Qualifications & Skills: 

    • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the ERP, SaaS, or technology sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
    • A motivated self-starter with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets. 

    Education & Experience: 

    • Bachelor's degree 
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role, with exposure to the technology or software industry being an advantage. 
    • Knowledge of ERP systems or software solutions will be a plus.
