    Sales Personnel

    Job Roles / Responsibilities

    • Achieve monthly sales target as approved by Management
    • Achieve Value and volume targets for the IPC paints
    • Review your own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed sales target
    • Gather market and customer information
    • Closure of customer complaints within a short timeline
    • Sell all IPC paints/ products
    • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
    • Advise on forthcoming products developments
    • Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
    • Listen to customer requirements and present appropriate solutions in otherto make a sale
    • Maintain and develop relationship with existing customers, distributors in person and via telephone calls and emails.
    • Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect for new business.
    • Provide competitors activities to Management
    • Responsible for identifying ,developing and managing new/existing business opportunities
    • Develop a trusted relationship with key stakeholders and critical decision makers
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company’s products
    • Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts in accordance with internal guidelines.
    • Communicate effectively with technical staff and Senior Management on the status of priority accounts and ongoing projects.
    • Can advice on possible new product based and evolving opportunities.
    • You are to execute and carry out any other assignment or responsibility assigned to you

    Requirements

    • Must hold a Bachelor's / Diploma Degree,
    • Proven minimum of 3-5 years working experience as a sale agent/personnel in a paint industry or product based industry.
    • Proven track record of successful sales
    • Ability to work independently, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion and communication skills.
    • Pleasant and trustworthy.
    • MS Office compliant.
    • An outgoing and likeable personality.
    • Confident and authoritative speaker.
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
    • A high degree of self-motivation.
    • A passion for selling and result orientated.
    • Ability to communicate with people.
    • IT and social media compliant.
    • A Team Player.

    Salary (monthly)
    N50,000 + commission on sales made.
