Sales Rep/Customer Service Rep at Intimate Toy

We are into sales and distribution of adult s*x toys across Nigeria. Our company has been operating for over 6 years with different ourtlet in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. 

Currently we are looking for a smart, competent, ready to learn candidate who is willing to join our company and grow with us. 

Vast knowledge of the use of social media is an advantage.

Use of Microsoft word and excel is also an advantage.

Your job descriptions will be to:

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships with your team member and line magnager.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Update the sales sheet daily. 
• Attend to walk in customers.
• Applicants must reside in Ikeja and its environment.
• Applicants should posses effective communication skills.
• Abiility to multi task and work under pressure.
