    Sales Specialist

    Job Summary

    • We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team.
    • You'll be responsible for business development, securing partnerships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity
    • Develop and manage sales pipelines, track leads, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, educators, industry partners, and government agencies
    • Identify and pursue new partnerships, collaborations, and business models to drive growth
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success to drive business growth
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports
    • Secure partnerships with organizations, businesses, and individuals
    • Conduct sales performance analysis and provide coaching and feedback

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the education or tech industry
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    • Experience with CRM software e.g Salesforce
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
