    Salesperson

    Job Summary:

    • As a Salesperson at HEIRS LIFE ASSURANCE, you will be responsible for generating new sales, maintaining and developing relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.
    • You will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying opportunities, presenting products or services, and closing sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s products or services, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
    • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential clients.
    • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
    • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
    • Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Market Research: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
    • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance, and report to the Sales Manager.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in [INSURANCE], is preferred.
    • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Customer Service Orientation: A strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
    • Sales Techniques: Proficiency in using various sales techniques and strategies.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
    • Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Self-Motivation: A high level of self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship-building skills
    • Insurance knowledge and understanding of insurance products
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
