At least a bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
3+ years of verifiable experience establishing and managing teams to onboard local merchants and businesses trading platform.
Strong understanding of ecommerce and interest in driving business improvements through team leadership, data-driven decision making, social media adoption and end-to-end project management.
Experience acquiring merchants (MSMEs) for ecommerce startups in fintech, telcos insurance or banks is an advantage.
Additional language aptitude in Hausa, Ibo, Yoruba.
Data-savvy; able to present & explain insights to stakeholders.
Strong problem solving, presentation & communication skills.
Experience using Microsoft office (Word and Excel), CRM software.
