    Senior Business Development Manager

    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and sales in the organization.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fintech, with a deep understanding of the industry and a proven track record of success.
    • The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with client and driving revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and drive company growth.
    • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, markets, and industry trends.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
    • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fin tech, marketing, and operations, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
    • Stay abreast of market developments, competitor activities, and industry best practices to inform business strategies and positioning.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field; Professional certification is an added advantage.
    • 6– 8 years of experience in business development, sales with a focus on the Fintech industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong understanding of the Fintech space.
    • Experience with Fintech software and platforms.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners at all levels of an organization.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
