    Senior Corporate Sales Officer (Avaya IP Office Solutions)

    Job Summary:

    • The Senior Corporate Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales of Avaya communication solutions to corporate clients.
    • This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their communication needs, and presenting tailored Avaya solutions to meet those needs.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background specifically in Enterprise Solution Sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Avaya products and services.

    Key Elements of the Role

    • Report to the Head of Sales
    • Understanding the technical features and functionalities of the company’s products
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Avaya solutions within the corporate sector.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Present and demonstrate Avaya solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and features that meet their specific requirements.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of Avaya solutions.
    • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Sales Manager.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast future sales.

     Desired Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
    • Minimum of 8 years proven work experience in the Enterprise Solutions Sales
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota
    • Target driven
    • Tremendous customer advocate with exceptional networking and relationship building
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
    • Must be proactive, self-motivated, driven, organized, creative, and possess superior communication and problem- solving skills
    • Impeccable presentation skills
    • Be a good team player
    • Tech savviness
