    Senior IT Officer

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a retail environment.
    • Proven experience in managing IT projects and teams.
    • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and cloud services.
    • Experience with retail-specific software and systems (e.g., POS systems, inventory management software)
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
