    Senior Manager - Business Development

    Description 

    • Develop and implement long-term business strategies that align with the company’s objectives and market trends.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, potential risks, and new opportunities in the luxury property sector.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion into new markets.
    • Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Propose solutions and process enhancements to improve overall business performance.
    • Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business objectives. Lead and mentor a team to execute strategic initiatives effectively.
    • Create and manage financial models to forecast business performance and assess the viability of strategic initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners.
    • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business strategies and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
    • Present strategic plans and progress reports to the executive team, board members, and other stakeholders.
    • Design and implement process re-engineering initiatives, leveraging best practices and industry standards, to achieve measurable results and drive sustainable change.
    • Act as a liaison between the group and senior leadership, ensuring that operational initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
    • Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to provide the Managing Director and leadership team with timely insights into operational performance and key metrics
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in business operations and finance.
    • Design and implement operational programs to meet organizational objectives and boost productivity.
