• We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Develop and execute the overall product strategy, aligning it with the company's business goals and market trends.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
• Coordinate user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product features and enhancements.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches.
• Monitor product performance and key metrics, analyzing data to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in product development with proven track record of successful product launches.
• Expertise in the use of Jira and other project management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
