Senior Product Manager at LemFi (Formerly Lemonade Finance)

Job Overview:

• As a Product Manager for New Products at LemFi, you will play a pivotal role in creating groundbreaking financial solutions. You will be responsible for driving new product development from concept to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a delightful banking experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market opportunities and customer pain points.
• Lead the ideation and conceptualization of new product initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap and strategy.
• Define clear product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive product development.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure success.
• Champion the voice of the customer and ensure their needs are met in the product.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive product launches and marketing strategies to maximize product adoption.
• Iterate and improve products based on user feedback and market insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience (5 -7 years) as a Product Manager or in a related role.
• Proven experience with Card Issuance Products.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with consumer product is a priority
