Senior UI/UX Designer at SavingsBox NG

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications. You will play a key role in defining the user experience of our products and ensuring that our app is both functional and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to create user-centered designs.
• Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our product offerings.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend your design decisions.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is a plus.
