SME Relationship Manager at Novella Africa

Job Summary

• The SME Relationship Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic customer relationships to scale up our loan origination for SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales expectations specifically for the SME loan variants
• Drive the initiatives to grow SME portfolio as well as customer acquisition and profitability
• Support the business to formulate and implement an SME proposition and product development strategy, establishing a core suite of propositions and products for identified segments
• Evaluate features, profitability, and positioning of products and ensure each maximizes customer take-up and commercial reward for the bank.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree related field
• 3 years of sales and business development experience in banking or fintech companies
• Experience delivering on targets, reporting, and presentation skills.
