    SME Sales Associate

    Job description

    • The Sales Executive's primary responsibility is to build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate banking solutions (loans).
    • He/she will also be required to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the bank.

    Responsibilities:

    • Minimum of a first degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Accounting and Finance or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years with proven work experience in SME sales, particularly in Microfinance Banks.
    • Demonstrated proactive approach customers to promote and sell the bank's products and services (SME loans).
    • Conduct in-depth discussions with customers to assess their financial goals and risk tolerance and provide appropriate recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.
    • Proven experience assisting customers with account opening, documentation, and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
    • Proven track record driving the sale of the loan products for the company by identifying key opportunities and completing loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions.
    • Demonstrate sound and updated knowledge on types of loans and other banking products, services, and procedures.
