    Social Media & Content Specialist

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a talented and creative young individual to join our team as a Social Media and Content Specialist.
    • This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about social media management, graphic design, storytelling, content creation, animation, video production, online marketing, customer relations, WordPress website management, and exceptional writing skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Create engaging and visually appealing graphics, videos, animations, and other multimedia content.
    • Develop and execute compelling storytelling strategies across all social media channels.
    • Implement online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with our online community and customers.
    • Update and manage content on our WordPress website to ensure relevance and freshness.
    • Craft fanatical written content for various purposes, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and more.
    • Create captivating and visually stunning graphics, videos, animations, and other multimedia content to promote HR consultancy services and job listings
    • Maintain and update content on our WordPress website, ensuring accuracy and relevance for both HR consultancy and job board sections.

    Requirements

    • A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
    • Demonstrated storytelling prowess, a knack for creating engaging content and a keen eye for detail.
    • Experience in content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video production.
    • Knowledge of animation software and video editing tools is a plus.
    • Demonstrated understanding of online marketing techniques and social media analytics.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong passion for writing and ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
