Social Media Marketing Associate at SunFi Technology Limited

About the Role

• We're looking for someone with a high level of personal agency who loves social media. If you're passionate about how social media works, using the latest trends to create exciting content, and building communities online, then keep reading.
• Your primary duties will include owning SunFi’s social media channels and driving growth for the company through content creation and distribution on these platforms. You will implement social media marketing strategies across X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to drive brand awareness for the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), ensuring timely and consistent posting.
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and engage with our audience to foster a positive community.
• Create video content for our Instagram and TikTok, including but not limited to talking heads.
• Engage in social listening on X (formerly Twitter) to build engagement with our target audience.
• Create thought leadership content on LinkedIn to position the company in an attractive position for our B2B audience.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create social media campaigns commemorating special days.
• Analyze social media performance and share actionable insights monthly.
• Handle Twitter Spaces and IG Live sessions to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Attributes & Skills:

• Experience driving results in a hybrid - work mode
• Basic video editing skills
• Renewable Energy experience is a plus

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years experience in social media management, content marketing or any related role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Ability to stay on top of industry trends and maximize trendjacking for growth.
• Experience with video editing tools such as Capcut.
• Experience in Meta Ads is not required but would be an added advantage.
