    Social Media Officer

    Job Summary

    • As our Social Media Officer, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating compelling content, managing our website, optimizing our SEO, and contributing to the company's growth by increasing sales through effective digital strategies.
    • The ideal candidate should have strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and web management, with a clear focus on driving business results.

    Responsibilities

    • Social Media Engagement: Develop and execute a social media strategy to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads that convert into sales.
    • Sales-Driven Strategy: Use social media platforms to target potential clients, promote the company’s IT solutions, and drive traffic to the website that leads to sales conversions.
    • Content Creation: Design and create engaging multimedia content with engaging content (posts, videos, infographics) that resonates with our target audience and promotes our IT products and services.
    • Graphic Design: Produce visually appealing graphics for social media, website, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
    • Website Management: Regularly update and optimize the company website, ensuring it is aligned with the latest products and services while maintaining a user-friendly experience.
    • SEO Management: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings, driving more traffic to the site.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics across social media, the website, and SEO efforts to assess performance, optimize strategies, and present insights to management.
    • Collaborate with Teams: Work with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promotional strategies that drive results.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Social Media Officer, with a demonstrated ability to generate sales through social media and digital channels.
    • Excellent writing skills.
    • Proficiency in Graphic Design: Strong design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
    • SEO Knowledge: Experience in optimizing content and websites for search engines to increase visibility.
    • Website Management Skills: Experience with website management tools (e.g., WordPress) and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
    • Creative and results-driven with an ability to develop content that drives engagement and sales.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
