Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Assembly Plant Manager located in Lagos.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of the solar assembly plant, overseeing a team of technicians and ensuring that production targets are met.
• The Solar Assembly Plant Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, quality control, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a solar assembly plant or similar manufacturing facility
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of technicians
• Experience in inventory management and quality control
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
• Experience with solar energy systems and components
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience with project management and production scheduling is a plus
